1^st course

Summer green salad with Roma tomatoes and goat cheese

With a Pilsner and cherry vinaigrette

Paired with Pacific Pilsner

 

2^nd course

Canterbury battered cod and chips with poppy seed pineapple coleslaw and tartar sauce

Paired with Canterbury Dark Mild

 

Or

 

48 hour marinated Honey lager chicken breast with local herbs and honey

On mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Paired with Cariboos Honey Lager

 

Dessert

Schwarzbock infused chocolate brownie with vanilla bean ice cream and poached blueberries

Paired with Pacific Schwarzbock
